Emory Dively is the official Republican Endorsed
Candidate for the House of Representatives for
District 64B. He is the Pastor of Twin Cities Deaf
Assembly of God and serves on numerous
organizations throughout the country. Emory has a
unique background. He was born Deaf in Flint,
Michigan and attended the state school for the
deaf. Following the state school for the Deaf,
Emory went to the National Technical Institute for
the Deaf (a part of Rochester Institute of
Technlogy; Rochester, New York) in New York where
he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social Working.
He went on to graduate with a Master's Degree from
the
Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in
Springfield, Missouri, the first ever deaf
individual to do so. He has fought for the rights
of his community, and now wants to represent the
great people of the Highland Park and
Macalester-Groveland area in your state government.
